Growing up in Maine instilled some deep-seated roots, but I have lived quite of few places in my time.  I always find my way back to the East Coast & New England. I favor the beaches of Nantucket Island, Hatteras Island, NC & the Green Mountains of Vermont.

Descendants of colonial New England settlers proved to be hearty souls. Their straight forward and common sense approach is how I view everything especially food.
